The company, which has been a part of the Krka Group since autumn 2007, laid the foundations for this success in the early 1970s with the introduction of the first generic pharmaceuticals. Generic medicines are equivalent to their original counterparts in quality, safety and efficacy. They contain the same active pharmaceutical ingredients, and are therefore interchangeable with the originator products.
